Symptoms

A PCIe TCR reports calibration in progress or an unhealthy status, and time code may be missing, intermittent, or unstable.

Check signal quality

The existing guidance associates these indications with input signal quality or stability. Check the signal type, cable connections, and input level against the documentation for the installed card. Use PCIe time code decoding fails due to signal issues for signal-path checks.

If calibration or unhealthy status persists, provide Masterclock Support with the card model, input format and status indication so the expected calibration behavior can be assessed for that model.
